During the complimentary strategy session we will get a sense of your business or organization what are the most emergent challenges or issues. We’ll discuss your current processes, if any, and what tools you are using. (e.g. quickbooks version, excel, manual record keeping etc).
Based on our discussion, we will recommend a course of action. Depending on the needs assessment, we will determine the best way to proceed. Next steps may include an in-person meeting, or you may be asked to send some files for further examination.
